PRICKELNDER RETTICH - THE HIDDEN SPARK OF THE BANCHAN’S WORLD

During Duong’s trip to Korea in 2018, she had the opportunity to have a traditional dinner with a Korean family. The amount of Banchan (Korean side dishes) amazed her. Although Kimchi is the most famous one among them, Duong was more surprised by a little pickle radish dish silently lying at the corner of the table. And that inspired our PICK OF THE WEEK - Prickelnder Rettich (Pickled Radish with Wasabi).
